Time Cop was a member of the Amstelian species who enlisted in the Time Police at some point during time, going on to perform many time related duties including galactic clock maintenance and time paradox removal, doing so diligently for many thousands of years before his eventual death in 1967 at the hands of Robofuck, who had just travelled back in time in order to find Connor Sarah.
