Star Guys is an upcoming sci-fi series scheduled to be released sometime between mid-2017 and early 2018.[1]
Series summary[]
When the garbage-removal vessel HMS Redundant is flung halfway across the galaxy with a skeleton crew, the dull-witted survivors are forced to make their way home in some kind of space-trek. Before the accident they were just binmen, but now they are Star-Guys™.
Development[]
As of April 2017, a partial script for the pilot episode has been written and casting has begun, which will take time as this series will feature a large regular cast.[2] In September, it was announced that a series of screen tests had been planned for later that year, hopefully allowing production of the pilot to start at the beginning of 2018.[3]
